As we approach Spring, many of us get the urge to throw open the windows on the warmer sunny days and let the fresh spring air clear out the stagnant energies of indoor living and forced air heating accumulated over the winter months.  Typically called "spring cleaning" this process is a seasonal instinct to ready our selves for the coming warmer months.

Multidimensional Living During Changing Times

If you've been following global warming and wondering what is going on in the world, or if you are feeling increasingly overwhelmed with the pace of change in your own life then this course will help.

This course endeavours to explain the ongoing earth changes and covers multiple aspects of our being, unifying mind, body, spirit, emotions and the world that we live in.  Designed from the holistic model and ancient teachings of the Medicine Wheel, unseen and/or unacknowledged influences affecting us both internally and externally will be explored.  You will learn multiple methods for coping and clearing lower vibrational energy and will receive listings of "practitioners to help" and books/web links for further reading.

The Medicine Wheel located here at Soul*ar Energy will also be incorporated through group work and meditations to help anchor the teachings, conduct healing ceremonies and to heal Mother Earth.
